4. Refund Request Requirements

To submit a valid refund request, you must provide:

  • For Technical Issues:
      - Detailed description of the encountered problem - Screenshots or error messages demonstrating the issue - Evidence of attempting basic troubleshooting (clearing cache, using different browsers) - Timeline of the issue occurrence - Account activity logs showing attempted access
  • For Service Unavailability:

5. Non-Refundable Cases
